ÉTS Hub is an independent, free student project. It is not an official ÉTS service.
Who operates it
Mariam Himrane. ÉTS does not operate the site.
What is kept
Your ÉTS email (@etsmtl.ca or @ens.etsmtl.ca), your sign-in dates, your favorites and grade calculator if you use them, and a session cookie (up to one year).
An activity log tied to your email: sign-ins, sign-outs, sections viewed, course, teacher, and room searches, favorites added or removed, calculator use (without your grades), and clicks to Prelude. It helps understand how the site is used and fix it. It is kept for 12 months at most.
If you write through the form, your name, email, and message are sent so we can reply. They are not stored in the site database.
A sign-in code is emailed to you. Only a hash is kept for 10 minutes, then removed.
Why
To limit access to the ÉTS community, keep you signed in, and let you find your favorites and calculator on another device.
Where and who processes it
Vercel (hosting and audience measurement), Neon (database), Resend (sign-in codes, from connexion@etshub.ca), and Google Analytics (page views).
These services may process data outside Quebec. The project does not store IP addresses in its own database; providers may receive them to operate their services.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Signing out does not delete your account.
